Falguni Pathak Opens Up About Her Marital Status: ‘Me music saathe lagaan kari lidha ne’!

New Delhi: Falguni Pathak, often referred to as the “Queen of Dandiya,” has recently opened up about her life, career, and marital status on Karishma Tanna’s podcast, offering fans a heartfelt glimpse into her world. Pathak was born on March 12, 1964, in Mumbai, India. From a very young age, she exhibited a keen interest in music, often participating in local singing competitions and cultural events.

She explained how her devotion to music left little to no room for other experiences. “I hardly had any other experiences because of this dedication. I have hardly completed my studies; my parents were very strict, so somehow, I had to finish my studies, “she shared.

She also reminisced that her music career has taken a surprising turn since she launched her debut album, “Yaad Piya Ki Aane Lagi,” in 1998. Featuring a blend of traditional and contemporary sounds, it resonated with audiences on a pan-India basis, resulting in immense popularity from audiophiles across the nation.

Her big break came with the song “Chudi Jo Khanki Haath Mein,” which became a nationwide sensation. The catchy tune, coupled with Falguni’s distinctive voice, made it an instant hit at weddings, parties, and festivals. She also disclosed that recently, she performed in Jamnagar for the pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant.
